The school year has started, the weather is changing and the holidays are approaching fast. With Halloween, Thanksgiving and even Christmas around the corner, Dream Big Events offers everything you need to make your event stand out.
Here are some Halloween Tips:
Stick with a specific theme if possible. Too many random decor items (ghosts, mummies, candy corns, witches, tombstones, pumpkins, etc) can make your party look sloppy and unorganized. Instead, try decorating in all pumpkins and candy corns, keeping with the orange, black, yellow and white color scheme. If you decide on the more scary props, choose ones that will not scare children but will look real and have them wanting more. Every Halloween party must have a ton of candy, snacks, and spooky desserts. Add gummy worms in the punch, or on top of a fruit platter. Place fake spiders on the buffet table, gummy eye balls on the pizza, and use black licorice as straws.
Guess how Many candy corns are in the jar is a very popular game. Just place little index cards cut in half with a few pens next to a jar filled with candy corns and tie a festive ribbon on top. Have the guest put there name and their guess on the card. The guest who comes the closest wins the jar, but we suggest announcing the winner at the end of the party so the jar can be used as a centerpiece.
Halloween is an extremely fun and exciting holiday for kids of all ages and adults as well. Have fun and enjoy your spooky celebration.
